In an internal strategy session, the Executive Secretary of RIVCHPP, Dr. Vetty Agala, urged all staff members to adopt a pragmatic and strategic approach to delivering quality healthcare services to the people of Rivers State.
Dr. Agala emphasized that the success of the health insurance programme depends on the dedication and strategic thinking of every team member, from field officers to senior management.
The Executive Secretary outlined key performance areas including enrollment targets, claims processing efficiency, provider network management, and beneficiary satisfaction as critical metrics for measuring success.
She encouraged team members to think innovatively about solutions to challenges, leverage technology for improved service delivery, and maintain a beneficiary-centered approach in all their operations.
The session also included capacity building exercises aimed at equipping staff with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively implement RIVCHPP's expanded programmes and initiatives.
